IT-Senior Project Manager
Over 14 years of experience with Long-Term Care pharmacy operations including technology deployment, implementation, and support. Rosendo manages and supports Rax Technology Applications including evaluation and design of healthcare technology that improves patient care & efficiency for pharmacy and related fields.

Clinical Education Coordinator
Cathy has been providing educational support to Specialty and Retail Pharmacies servicing LTC and Retirement communities for more than 16 years. She coordinates the development of Rax Technology Education, customizing programs to meet the needs of Management Teams, Registered Nurses and Unregulated Care Providers (PSW/UCP) in LTC and Retirement Homes. She also provides onsite training sessions and serves as our Best Practice Consultant-College of Nurses and Retirement Home Regulatory Authority.
