Rax Medical Technology Inc. stands behind the products that we manufacture and distribute, and guarantee the items you order to be free from defect. If at anytime you have problems with our products please contact Customer Service (hyperlink to Contact Us page) and we’ll be more than happy to replace the defective product.
Return Policy
In the event you receive an order from us that is not to your satisfaction please contact Customer Service (hyperlink to Contact Us page) immediately. If the products are defective as a result of an error of Rax Medical Technology Inc., we will gladly replace the product or refund your account including shipping charges to and from our facilities. Customer approved printing of forms and labels and made-to-order products are non-refundable.
Financing Terms and Conditions:
All rental/leasing agreements, unless otherwise stated are for a period of one year. Upon completion of the agreed term, rental/leasing agreements will be renewed automatically on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated. Customer agrees to pay the initial charges, including Installation/Set-Up and first and last monthly payments.
Customer also agrees to pay monthly fees as indicated on the rental/leasing contract. Customer agrees that Rax Medical Technology Inc. may conduct a credit review and grants permission to do so. Rax Medical Technology Inc. may also decline credit at its own discretion. When renting/leasing to own, Customer agrees that Rax Medical Technology Inc. retains ownership of the product/merchandise until all payments are made.
In the case of a rental/leasing contract, Rax Medical Technology Inc. retains ownership of the product and allows ‘Customer use’ as defined in the sales contract, provided monthly fees are paid in full, as per rental/leasing contract. If the customer defaults on payments, all items received under this agreement must be returned in good condition to Rax Medical Technology Inc. promptly. Either party may terminate the rental/leasing agreement with 60 days written notice.
